Billing questions
What is a GPU-hour?
One GPU allocated to one of your pods for one hour, metered per minute from the moment the provider instance is running until the pod is deleted. A pod with two GPUs for 30 minutes is one GPU-hour.
What happens when I exceed my quota?
On Free, new pods are rejected at scheduling time and show Failed with the reason in
kubectl describe. On Pro and Scale, GPU-hours beyond the included amount are
billed at the overage rate. Concurrent-pod and kubelet limits are enforced on every plan.
Who bills me for the GPUs themselves?
If you keep your RunPod key in your cluster, RunPod bills you directly at their rates and Conduit only charges the plan. If you let Conduit manage provider keys, GPU usage appears on your Conduit invoice at provider cost.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the Billing page at any time. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period and then drop to Free.
